This is the third and final part of the Observations on the Bose Committee Report and deals with development of Pensions Market.  While going through this Report, open also the Excel File PENSION-CASHFLOW.  Download this Excel File and Save it in your area. Then only you would be able to edit it as required in the Main Report. I had certain problems while trying to provide automatic link between the two.
